About Me
I’m an ecommerce professional with a strong foundation in design and a career focused on supporting, optimizing, and scaling digital commerce experiences. My work centers on helping retailers succeed online by combining clear visual standards, platform knowledge, and hands-on guidance to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
I began my career in graphic design, where I developed a deep understanding of visual hierarchy, usability, and clear communication. As ecommerce became a primary driver of business growth, I transitioned into ecommerce-focused roles, partnering closely with retailers and internal teams to support both the technical and experiential sides of online selling.
A significant part of my role has involved retailer enablement and education. I have created and led live webinars and training sessions to guide retailers through order processing workflows, platform tools, and microsite updates. These sessions focused on both operational accuracy and visual best practices, helping retailers make informed edits that improved clarity, consistency, and overall customer experience.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of ecommerce operations, digital experience, and support. I enjoy acting as a bridge between retailers, designers, developers, and internal stakeholders—using training, documentation, and collaboration to ensure ecommerce platforms are intuitive, scalable, and effective.
I graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. If you’d like to connect or discuss ecommerce enablement, digital experience, or platform support work, you can reach me at melkizer98@gmail.com.
